Ladies of Charity

Mission

The Ladies of Charity of St. Damien of Molokai Parish was formed in January of 1999. Under direction of our Pastor, we attempt to hear the needs of all, especially the Poor and Elderly, the Grieving, Dying, those sick, the Lonely and the Forgotten; by our compassionate listening, visitations and prayers. We strive to perform the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy by following the directives of our founder, St. Vincent DePaul and in the spirit of St. Louise deMarillac and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. We are sent forth to serve and improve the quality of all people by being generous with our time and talents and praying daily for those in need.
